The Big 4 Restaurant serves robust contemporary American cuisine.
It was named after the great railroad barons of the Central
Pacific Line, Charles Crocker, Leland Stanford, Mark Hopkins,
and C.P. Huntington and we imagine it matches these magnates'
large appetites. It is known locally as "the place"
for the power lunch. We hear locals love the crab cakes and
occasional wild game dishes.
