Inn Paradiso

Paso Robles, CA - Hotel Review

Small Paradise
Country Home on an Oak-Covered Hill

Patio and pool

When California’s Central Coast was first being developed, small cottages and farm houses dotted the landscape. It has become a burgeoning tourist attraction featuring great wines and countryside escapes. Amid the booming growth, the Inn Paradiso, a small cottage on a picturesque hillside outside Paso Robles has retained a sense of country charm.

Owner Rochelle Harringer transformed the eight-acre, oak-filled property into a pastoral hideaway. The lodge has just three master suites—two upstairs lofts and one traditional room downstairs—and a stunning 50-foot stone fireplace in the commons area. The rooms feature fine linens, small fireplaces and travertine baths.

Stately rooms
Elegant dining

Other details, such as the time that the owner puts in to preparing the meals herself, make staying at the inn feel an extremely personable and hospitable experience. Room rates include a full breakfast for two each morning, with fresh fruits and juices, homemade breads and a special breakfast entrée.
