Feeling hassled by airport security? Had your lipstick confiscated by the TSA for no apparent reason? See someone suspicious-looking sail through while you’re patted down and slowed down until you feel down? Voice your complaints right from your iPhone while you’re still fuming in the terminal.
Survey on the Spot, released by On the Spot, Inc., is a free iPhone application available to air travelers to rate airport security screening by completing a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) survey. The application uses the phone’s GPS to determine the user’s location and enables smartphone users to answer a TSA questionnaire quickly and easily, moments after passing through the security checkpoint. Travelers also have the option of uploading comments or photos to help improve the national security system. On the Spot Systems will provide all survey results to the TSA.
The survey can also be accessed by other smartphones, such as Android and Blackberry, by using the mobile web browser to go to surveyonthespot.com.
