Château Frank 2010 Blanc de Blancs
Finger Lakes, New York

Dr. Konstantin Frank ignited the "Vinifera Revolution" in the Finger Lakes wine region of New York to transform the cold Northeastern American region into a place that could successfully grow European grape varietals. Today, Château Frank is run by Dr. Frank's son, Willy Frank, who adheres to the méthode champenoise to create Chateau Frank's sparkling wines. The 2010 Blanc de Blanc boasts aromas of white peach, lime and pear which follow on the palate to present a rich, crisp flavor.
