Va de Vi is a rich, complex cuvée composed of 89 per cent Pinot Noir, 8 per cent Chardonnay and 3 per cent Muscat sourced from Gloria Ferrer's favorite Sonoma County vineyards. On the nose, this sparkling wine offers aromas of apple, pear and cherry. On the palate, layers of peach and lemon evolve to vanilla on the finish.
