Château la Gordonne was established in 1652 and has been selling its wine since 1850. Made of 80 percent Black Grenache and 20 percent Syrah, this rosé is sustainably grown with no pesticides, and every January, the grass is "mowed" by 2,000 sheep, which in turn naturally enrich the soil. The light pink wine has notes of grapefruit and honeysuckle, while the palate features delicate fresh fruits and roses.
