Chateau Ste Michelle was founded in 1912 and is one of the oldest and largest wineries in Washington, with more 3,500 acres under vine. A rich dessert wine, the 2011 Ethos Reserve Late Harvest Riesling is made from grapes infected with the "noble rot," botrytis cinerea. Low in alcohol and high in sugar, it features intense flavors of apple tart, apricot jam and honey.
