Kaiken Corte 2010 Malbec Bonarda Petit Verdot
Mendoza, Argentina

Kaiken is named for the wild geese that fly over Patagonia from Chile to Argentina. Composed of 80 percent Malbec, 12 percent Bonarda (also known as Charbono) and 8 percent Petit Verdot, Kaiken Corte is a dense, full-bodied red wine. Its firm tannins and spicy black fruit flavors would pair well with juicy steaks, thick sausages and other meaty dishes.
