Rancho Zabaco, which bears the name of one of Old California's earliest land grants, is best known for their Zinfandels. This dry white wine from Sonoma County exhibits aromas of juicy pineapple, lemongrass and ripe melon, and flavors of grapefruit and pineapple with a lively acidity and lingering minerality.
