Château Clarke 2011 Le Rosé de Clarke
An historic vineyard estate dating back to the twelfth century, Château Clarke was restored by Baron Edmond de Rothschild after he purchased it in 1973. Le Rosé de Clarke is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes using the saignée method. A bone dry wine, it displays raspberry and lime aromas and a lively acidity.
