This fine cuvée, produced only in exceptional years, is composed of mostly Chardonnay. Aromas of hazelnut and caramel lead into floral scents of peonies and honeysuckle in the golden-hued wine. Spices, toast and mocha on the palate make it a good match for roasted sea scallops.
