This creamy, sumptuous, generous sparkler is made from mostly Pinot Noir and impressed us with its intense complexity, featuring an extra large body and a luxurious "fatness." It's a perfect holiday Chamapgne with a hint of cinnamon on the nose and gingerbread on the palate. Pair with foie gras.
