Larner 2014 Estate Grown Rosé Larner Vineyards makes its rosés by the saignée (which means "bleeding" in French) method, as a byproduct of red wine fermentation. Some of the wine held in each red grape block is bled out, resulting in beautiful pink elixir. Fifty percent Syrah, 30 percent Grenache and 20 percent Mourvèdre are blended together for the 2014 rosé. Take a tour of the winery at the Larner official website.
