Vincent Girardin Bourgogne Blanc Cuvee Saint-Vincent Chardonnay boasts flavors of apple, caramel and butter

WHITE

Vincent Girardin Bourgogne Blanc Cuvée Saint-Vincent Chardonnay
Burgundy, France

Maison Vincent Girardin only began making wine in 1980, but the winemaker's family has been growing grapes since the 17th Century. The 2011 Bourgone Blanc Cuvée Saint-Vincent features aromas of peach, pear and notes of cream, with similar flavors appearing on the palate. It has a fresh, long finish with mouthwatering acidity and complex flavors of apple, caramel and butter.

Catch of the Day: A rich tuna steak covered with creamy hollandaise pairs perfectly with this Burgundian White.
