Champagne Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec features a dosage of 45 grams per liter

Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec
Champagne, France

By inventing the riddling rack with the help of her cellar master, Madame Clicquot is considered to have made mass production of Champagne possible. Composed of the usual Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, this demi-sec Champagne displays aromas of candied apple and brioche. In the mouth, it reveals a palate-pleasing softness and a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
