Cadaretta's 2007 SBS marked the Walla Walla winery's debut offering in April 2008. Four vintages later, their 2011 SBS is a Bordeaux-style blend of 76 per cent Sauvignon Blanc and 24 per cent Semillon. Featuring heady aromas of melon and honeysuckle on the nose, it reveals crisp stone fruit flavors, a cool minerality and a crisp acidity in the mouth.
