A partnership between Tuscany's Marchesi Antinori and Washington State's Chateau Ste. Michelle, Col Solare produces just one wine. The 2008 vintage is a full-bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. It displays an excellent balance of fruit, acidity and tannins that would pair well with a variety of foods, including Thanksgiving turkey served with a rich, cranberry sauce.
