Hulihee Palace

Originally built out of lava rock, this former vacation home for Hawaiian royalty is now a historic site.

The oceanfront side of Hulihee Palace

The palace consists of six rooms that contain royal artifacts including a koa table, a queen's traveling trunk and furniture from the Kalakaua Dynasty in addition to ocean-side views on two lanais. The palace has been open to the public for more than 150 years and is operated by the Daughters of Hawaii.
