Chef ShackIn Minneapolis, the Chef Shack is a partnership between Lisa Carlson (Spoonriver) and pastry chef Carrie Summer (formerly of Wayzata Eatery & Wine Bar), who churn out upscale, organic street food like tongue tacos made from grass-fed beef, bison burgers and Indian-spiced mini donuts.
