We are happy to announce a partnership with the Perfect Pairings (SM) Menu Campaign, a new, pairing-based fundraiser taking place this October benefiting Citymeals on Wheels, Meals-on-Wheels of San Francisco and The Cooperative Feeding Program.

Restaurants in New York City, San Francisco and South Florida, almost 100 in total, will feature special food-and-beverage pairings on their menus, flagged by the Perfect Pairings logo. Each time one of these pairings is ordered, a donation ($1) is automatically made to local Meals-on-Wheels programs that deliver food and other vital services to thousands of people in need every day.

 

This dining/fundraising campaign includes some of GAYOT’s high-rated restaurants including Adour, Asiate, Daniel, Gotham, Megu, Scarpetta, and Tocqueville in New York; Acquerello, La Folie, Luce, Masa’s, RN74, Wexler’s and Zinnia in San Francisco; and Café Boulud, Echo, Eduardo de San Angel, Ocean Bistro at the Four Seasons, The Seafood Bar at the Breakers, and Top of the Point in Florida.

“We are delighted to partner with GAYOT.com which has long championed the pairings experience and consistently supported charitable efforts in the communities it serves,” says Perfect Pairings founder Kevin Mark Lodie, “Meals-on-Wheels programs touch thousands of lives by pairing vital human services with people in need. The Menu Campaign will generate awareness and funds for these programs by connecting the art of dining with the art of giving.”

As the campaign’s exclusive on-line partner, GAYOT.com will provide information and reservations through OpenTable for all restaurants involved. A full list of participating restaurants will be posted at www.perfectpairings.org starting October 1.

FIJI Water, a sponsor of the campaign is also partnering with Perfect Pairings to augment donations each time FIJI is ordered for the table. Other campaign sponsors include Beefeater 24, Patron Spirits and Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin.
