[youtube id=”lyFQAbkkzY0″] by Sophie Gayot   A decadent weekend brunch is never out of season. With newly appointed hotel executive chef Cyrille Pannier at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, the Sunday feast has become bigger and better, with some ten different stations to choose from. Pannier has also joined forces with Mette Williams, the chef de cuisine of the hotel’s on-site restaurant Culina Modern Italian, to add a few of Williams’ dishes to the already expansive brunch menu. Watch my exclusive video interview with chef Pannier to discover the brunch that is proving so popular, you may just need a reservation to get in. A tip: for me, the preferred seating is on Culina’s patio. Prices are: $69, excluding tax and gratuity, including juices, coffee, tea; children 5 to 12 $35; under 5, free. Considering what you can get – and the fact that you’re at a Four Seasons hotel – brunch certainly seems to be reasonably priced.
