Craft Cocktails "Especiales para Cinco de Mayo"
¡Salud! to Cinco de Mayo
Let’s be festive on Cinco de Mayo with some craft cocktails.

1. Coconut Paloma (with tequila & rum)
INGREDIENTS:
– 3 oz. fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
– 1.5 oz. blanco tequila
– 1 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i Coconut Rum
Garnish: grapefruit slices, fresh mint leaves
METHOD:
• In a cocktail shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, tequila, and coconut rum with ice.
• Shake well.
• Add a few large ice cubes to the serving glass, then strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
• Garnish with grapefruit slices and/or fresh mint leaves.
Optional: Brush the rim of a glass with honey (or agave) and dip it into shredded coconut.
2. Smokin’ Greens (with mezcal)
INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 oz. mezcal
– 0.5 oz. Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
– 0.75 oz. orange
– 0.75 oz. lime juice
– 0.5 oz. agave syrup
– Bar spoon of cilantro paste
METHOD:
• Shaken.
• Served on rocks.
• Garnish with orange peel.
3. Tiendita Margarita (with tequila)
INGREDIENTS:
– 2 oz. 1800® Cristalino tequila
– 0.75 oz. lime juice
– 0.75 oz. agave syrup
– 3 oz. Tamarind Jarritos
Garnish: Tajin rim and tamarind candy stick
METHOD:
• Combine 1800® Cristalino, lime juice and agave syrup in a mixing tin.
• Add ice and shake.
• Strain into rocks glass (half rimmed with Tajin) over fresh ice.
• Top with Tamarind Jarritos.
• Garnish with lime wheel and tamarind candy stick.
• Enjoy with a bag of Takis.
4. Papa Viejo (with rum)
INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 oz. rum
– 1 oz. lime juice
– 0.75 oz. agave syrup
– 0.5 oz. Prosecco
– 10 mint leaves
– 5 dashes of Peychaud bitters
METHOD:
• Shaken
• Served in coupe glass
• Garnished with 1 mint leaf
