On Saturday, October 28, chef Jamie Gwen interviewed Sophie Gayot on her celebrated weekly radio talk show. The conversation focused primarily on the publication of GAYOT.com's Restaurant Issue 2006.
During Gayot's KABC 790 appearance, the pair talked about the Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S., placing a particular emphasis on the half-dozen based in the Los Angeles area.
