On Thursday, October 19, Sophie Gayot made her fifth appearance on the KNX Business Hour within the last twelve months to announce the publication of the GAYOT.com annual Restaurant Issue for 2006.
During her radio appearance on KNX1070, hosted by Frank Mottek, she talked about the 40 Top Restaurants in the U.S., putting particular emphasis on the half-dozen based in the LA area.

She discussed this year’s crop of Rising Chefs, including Jared Simons of Violet in Santa Monica. Sophie also spent time explaining the restaurant trends in the past year.
