Mother’s Day Cocktails
While you should be kind to your mom every day, Mother’s Day is an extra day of care. Here are a few ideas from the hip restaurant Delilah in West Hollywood, California, to get behind the bar and become a mixologist to create lovely and feminine cocktails for her, and let’s admit, probably for you, too.

1 oz. vodka
0.75 oz. St. Germain
0 .75 oz. lemon juice
Muddle strawberries in shaker.
Add all ingredients (except Prosecco) in shaker with ice.
Shake and fine strain into glass.
Top off with Prosecco.
Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
2 oz. tequila
0.5 oz. Aperol
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. passion fruit syrup
4 dashes spicy bitters
Combine everything in a shaker and long shake.
Strain over ice into a glass with a spicy rim.
Garnish with a few flowers on the top of the cube.
