Father’s Day Cocktails

These cocktails are brought to you by The Nice Guy, an intimate bar along La Cienega Boulevard in Los Angeles. It’s the kind of place where you wish the night would never end.

Stand Up Guy

INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 oz. vodka
– 0.5 oz. Galliano Ristretto
– 0.5 oz. vanilla simple syrup
– 0.5 oz. Ancho Reyes
– 1.5 oz. espresso

METHOD:
• Shake hard
• Strain
• Pour in a coupe
• Garnish with 3 espresso beans

Bobby Soxer

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 oz. whisky
– 0.75 oz. Cynar
– 0.75 oz. Gran Classico Bitters
– 0.75 oz. lemon
– 2 dash Angostura Bitters

METHOD:
• Shake hard
• Strain
• Pour in a rocks glass with Hoshizaki ice
• Garnish with orange swath

El Chapo

INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 oz. mezcal
– 1.5 oz. watermelon agave
– 1 oz. lime
– 0.5 oz. Dimmi

METHOD:
• Shake
• Strain
• Pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass rimmed w/ cayenne/salt/sugar combo
