The Jojo

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 oz. vodka
– 0.75 oz. St. Germain
– 0 .75 oz. lemon juice
– 2 strawberries
– Prosecco
METHOD:
• Muddle strawberries in shaker.
• Add all ingredients (except Prosecco) in shaker with ice.
• Shake and fine strain into glass.
• Top off with Prosecco.
• Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
Sienna Nuevo

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 oz. tequila
– 0.5 oz. Aperol
– 1 oz. lime juice
– 1 oz. passion fruit syrup
– 4 dashes spicy bitters
METHOD:
• Combine everything in a shaker and long shake.
• Strain over ice into a glass with a spicy rim.
• Garnish with a few flowers on the top of the cube.
Tin Pin Alley

INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 oz. mezcal
– 0.5 oz. gin
– 0.5 oz. St. Germain
– 1 oz. lime juice
– 1 oz. raspberry syrup
– 2 dashes of bitters
– 1 oz. egg white
– Mint leaves
METHOD:
• Combine everything and dry shake.
• Add ice and long shake.
• Strain into a coupe with two ice cubes in it. Garnish with a few mint leaves.
