Five Irish Whiskey Cocktail Recipes

By Gayot Editors

These whiskey cocktail recipes have been created with McConnell’s Irish Whisky by various mixologists.

This 5-year-old blend is aged in Bourbon casks and features notes of vanilla, nutmeg and other spices. McConnell’s Irish Whisky was originally established in Belfast in 1776 and is known for being the oldest whiskey brand ever to come from Ireland to America. (SRP $34).
