Mezcal cocktail Smokin Greens

INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 oz. mezcal
– 0.5 oz. Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
– 0.75 oz. orange
– 0.75 oz. lime juice
– 0.5 oz. agave syrup Bar spoon of cilantro paste

METHOD:
• Shaken
• Served on rocks Garnish with orange peel.

Papa Viejo

Mezcal cocktail Papa Viejo

INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 oz. rum
– 1 oz. lime juice
– 0.75 oz. agave syrup
– 0.5 oz. Prosecco
– 10 mint leaves
– 5 dashes of Peychaud bitters

METHOD:
• Shaken
• Served in coupe glass
• Garnished with 1 mint leaf
