Green Detox Salad

Serves 4

– A handful of spinach
– 1 cup of cooked quinoa
– 1/2 cup of grated white cabbage
– 1/2 cup of grated red cabbage
– 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
– 6 fresh or frozen blackberries
– 1 teaspoon of olive oil
– 6 fresh basil leaves
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Cayenne pepper

. Rinse the quinoa, cook it, then drain it. Let it cool down
. Mix the cabbages together with the uncooked spinach and basil leaves in a salad bowl
. Add the quinoa in the bowl
. Sprinkle the flax seeds and pour the lemon juice and olive oil on top
. Finish with the blackberries and a pinch of Cayenne pepper
