Easy Tahitian Raw Fish Recipe

Remembering and dreaming of a trip to Tahiti… One way for me to do that is by having Tahitian Raw Fish Salad back at home.

Follow the step-by-step instructions with the video below, filmed on location on the beach at the Sofitel Moorea Kia Ora Beach Resort.

INGREDIENTS:
I am not indicating quantities, since it depends on how you want to prepare and to your taste. (It is self-explanatory in the video.)
– coconut milk
– white tuna or white fish
– carrots
– tomatoes
– cucumber
– onions
– lemon
– salt and pepper

METHOD:
• Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and carrots.
• Slice the onions.
• Combine all in coconut milk.
• Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
• Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
