Before establishing his own bakery in Brooklyn, chef Zachary Golper spent more than a decade learning ancient bread-making techniques and honing his skills in the pastry realm. Bien Cuit offers a variety of breads, from traditional baguettes to raisin walnut sourdough to wild nettle bread fermented with goat's milk. The menu also features breakfast pastries, sandwiches, tartines, quiche, cookies and desserts.
