"The Next Food Network Star" finalist Debbie Lee offers her Korean fusion fare at Ahn-Joo at The Americana at Brand, similar to the food dispensed by the truck of the same name. In addition to robata-style skewers of honey-glazed salmon or kimchi-citrus pork, the menu features dishes like mandu (pot stickers) and "Korean nachos" made with deep-fried rice cakes, soy-braised pork and chile queso. Fuji apple egg rolls with mascarpone are offered for something sweet. In the world of shopping mall fast food, these dishes present an interesting alternative.
