AJs on the Green and SPLASH! Bar & Lounge Restaurant Review:

This country club restaurant draws patrons from all generations. You may encounter the older crowd with their brightly-hued golf togs sitting a table or two away from a millennial. At AJ’s on the Green, all pretense is checked at the door as guests dig into an array of approachable menu options, with bar bites such as pizza bombs, fish and shrimp tacos, and savory Moroccan-spiced lamb meatballs. Burgers are made with Angus beef and prepared to each guests’ liking. Entrées are crafted with fresh and local or regional products. Dates, figs and citrus play a prominent role throughout. The artisan cheese platter is a good start to a meal, but it could also be a concluding dish. Desserts worth noting are the salted caramel ice cream and the molten lava cake. You’ll also find a nice selection of wine, beer and spirits, including port. Kids are welcome, but it’s best to dine with them before 8 p.m. --- things heat up after that with live entertainment.
