THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Al Carbon Restaurant Review:
This former Argentine steakhouse in the sun-washed Sheraton Bal Harbour Beach Hotel has expanded its culinary frontiers beyond the gastronomy of the gaucho. Pleasantly bright and colorful, it still serves the succulent, chimichurri-accompanied steaks for which it is best known, as well as more sophisticated presentations such as dry aged sirloin with Cabernet butter. The menu also features brick-oven pizzas, pastas, salads, and stylish seafood presentations like tamarind-glazed salmon with Japanese eggplant. But, true to the beefy heritage of its past, those steaks are still the best items on the pricey menu.
