This midtown outpost of the local---and flourishing`---Al Pacino Café chain may not have the Egyptian fantasy décor of its newer brethren, but it sticks with the basic program that has made these cafés so successful: wildy topped designer pizzas combined with traditional Middle Eastern fare. It's a something-for-most-anyone approach to dining. If a pizza topped with, say, tandoori chicken, yellow squash, and mozzarella with squirts of curried yogurt and dollops of mango chutney doesn't appeal, surely the crisp kofta kabob platter with pita and a refreshing chopped salad will.
