THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED NAMES Although we don’t find anything especially impressive in Alambres’ recipes, we do appreciate being able to grab a quick, informal meal in the Gaslamp. This place is especially popular with pre-movie patrons and the after-clubbing set. The menu contains the usual suspects (including quesadillas, fajitas and carne asada burritos) and the service is enthusiastic, but beyond that we would not make a special trip to dine at Alambres.
