Casually elegant Alder & Birch celebrates American tradition with a menu of steaks and classic entrées. The variety of fine cuts of meat served is the main draw, with a selection including filet mignon, Wagyu coulotte sirloin, rib-eye, NY, porterhouse, bone-in prime rib chop, Kurobuta pork chop, beef short rib and Colorado rack of lamb. Besides steaks, also featured are several seafood options such as halibut, Pacific salmon, diver scallops, Alaskan king crab and lobster. Desserts include bread pudding topped with whiskey birch syrup sauce and flourless chocolate cake. Select cuts of the Orleans' Prime Rib Loft's 21-day dry-aged prime rib of beef are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays.
