This upscale eatery in Battery Park is a fine addition to the dining scene near the Financial District and lower Manhattan’s tourist attractions. The handsome, glass-enclosed dining room features an open kitchen, a raw bar, timbered beams overhead and nautical accents, and the windswept terrace makes a fine perch for admiring Lady Liberty. The seafood preparations are wonderfully buoyant, including sautéed red snapper with white beans and spinach, grilled tuna with Greek olives and whole roasted black bass. The menu also offers juicy steaks with roasted potatoes.
