THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Americas Latin Cuisine & Tapas Restaurant Review:
Banking on the endless appeal of a mishmash of Tex-Mex and South American faves, this cheerful spot with its bight yellow tablecloths serves up tapas-size and regular-size portions of most of its menu. Nice touches are the three sauces served with tortilla chips, two variations on tomato-based salsas are served alongside a dipping sauce of olive oil, garlic, parsley and cilantro. Talapia steamed in a banana leaf is a popular choice as well as the gooey quesadillas. But be forewarned; at this moderately priced spot a shot of espresso after dinner will set you back $5.
