Ample Hills Creamery Factory & Museum Restaurant Review

: Beloved Brooklyn ice cream company Ample Hills opened a 15,000-square-foot factory, interactive museum of ice cream and scoop shop in Red Hook. Here they make their ice cream as well as the brownies, cookie dough and peanut butter cups that get mixed in the ice cream to produce the creative flavors. There's a playroom, too.
