Andria's continues to please Santa Barbara crowds in spite of a move and change of ownership. In fact, some people claim that the latest incarnation is the best yet. You can look for rack of New Zealand lamb, baby-back pork ribs and other artfully prepared meat dishes, as well as seafood specialties such as thresher shark and pistachio nut halibut. Any fish selection can be pan-seared. This is a lively place on Lower State just a five-minute walk from the waterfront. On Fridays and Saturdays there's live music, usually by piano bar host Peter Clark.
