THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Angelino Cucina Italiana Restaurant Review:

A cozy, diminutive dining room with a wood-clad bar in the rear, Angelino has quickly become a local favorite by combining generous portions of pasta and risotto with friendly, personalized service. Swordfish carpaccio and porcini mushrooms served atop big hunks of polenta are excellent starters. We found the gnocchi heavy and chewy, but the porcini ravioli in a truffled butter sauce were superb. Main courses include grilled salmon with pistachios and New York steak in a balsamic reduction. For finales, the tiramisù is one of the best on Ventura Boulevard.
