Caloric counts take a back seat to sheer pleasure at Anna Banana, a suburban bakery with just a couple of table and chairs but a fabulous inventory of desserts, breads with meats and seafood and meat pies. The lemon-praline pound cake with cream-cheese glaze and fresh-coconut layer cake are sheer heaven. The crawfish bread, lavished with a piquant sauce, is to die for. And the scones, turnovers and muffins are a great accompaniment to coffee or tea. A special asset: It’s near the airport.
