: OPENING TBA --- Chef Chad Colby (formerly of chi spacca and Osteria Mozza) is striking out on his own with Antico, featuring Italian fare. There will be a focus on handmade pastas and ancient cooking techniques, such as clay pots for cooking beans over fire. Sample menu items might include grilled veal flank with market peppers and sungold tomatoes from the kitchen garden.
