Cleveland’s answer to Starbucks is Arabica, a local ’chain’ that added this cozy, window-walled and plant-filled java shop in 1996. Its prime location---parking is never a problem---fresh roasted and ground coffees, ’lite’ bite menu (meat and vegetarian sandwiches, veggie-dense salads, the occasional hearty soup, chili when it’s blustery out), and sized-for-sharing baked goods have made this place very popular with locals.
