Aroma at the Palazzo Manfredi offers a rooftop view of the Colosseum from the terrace and the luxurious and modernistic dining room. The à la carte and tasting menus present an expressive combination of flavors blending contemporary Mediterranean and classic Roman cuisine. With fresh seasonal ingredients always in use, the dishes are constantly evolving. Ricciola fish in a sesame and coffee crust on a black olive and mango cream will not disappoint as a main course, and the friendly staff is prepared to assist with wine pairing. The soufflé is a favorite dessert, but it takes almost an hour to prepare so remember to order it towards the beginning of the meal.
