The versatile menu, combining original and traditional dishes, is designed to cater to Asian-American tastes, as well as the most discerning of the resort's visitors from Asia. Tanks hold the seasonal fish, shrimp, crab and lobster until they are ordered, then brought live for approval to the table. Go for the Japanese miso soup with mussels and a garnish of fresh tofu and shiitake mushrooms. We like the house special shrimp in spicy garlic sauce and the sliced abalone with seasonal greens.
