Aspasia is the kind of place fickle foodies forget about, then wish they hadn't, then forget about again---and locals are just as glad when they do. After all, the understatedly handsome Huron Village hideaway only has 30 seats. Their occupants enjoy a frequently changing selection of unfussy, well-balanced creations---think corn bisque with chanterelles and smoked bacon and Arctic char with lentils, rosemary-scented apple purée and spiced pumpkin seeds.
