A concept from ThinkFoodGroup, by chef José Andrés (GAYOT’s 2017 Best Restaurateur), Agua Viva at Conrad Los Angeles hotel is a poolside restaurant with “beach club vibes,” cocktails and a menu highlighting Latin and Asian flavors. Expect dishes like young coconut ceviche; abalone & shiitake; and a rib-eye burger. Meanwhile, San Laurel offers modern Spanish fare with local farmers’ market ingredients.
